Vision

When launching this blog it was done with all the foresight of ‘oh, look what I can do with godaddy now’.

However as it settles in to place in my collection of online properties, it’s purpose is becoming a little clearer. My life to this point has been defined by my business. I existed as an extension of what I did. The challenge with that is that as I grew my thinking the technology and some times the projects I was able to work on were ‘run of the mill’.

On the day I started my business I had a very clear plan:

1. build other peoples websites so I can earn a living
2. apply some of my earnings back to building my own websites that will make me money
3. once those websites outrun my income, stop taking on my client project.
4. participate fully at my own expense in research into how Internet technology can really benefit the planet and our race.

I got stuck between 1 & 2. But that’s ok we have been helping other people along the way.

So this is my vision for this site… To be a place where I can say my piece, however people may react. I have a series of essays, rants, epiphanys & examples to share.
